GriefShare is a support group for people working through loss and the grieving process. The three main components of GriefShare: a video seminar, a personal workbook, and the support group experience. A GriefShare support group is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. Through this 11-week group, you’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief. Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll learn helpful ways of coping with grief, in all its unpredictability—and gain solid support each step of the way.
As part of our Big Wednesday mid-week program, our GriefShare group will run January 29 through April 30, beginning at 6:30pm for 11 weeks at the church with 3 weeks off for spring break (March 12, 19, 26). The evening starts with a combined dinner at 6:30pm, and the group starts at 7:00pm and will run until 8:30pm sharp.
