Child Dedications

At Calvary we view water baptism as an adult profession of faith. Therefore, we do not baptize children and infants. Instead, we host a special service where parents can bring their babies or small children to proclaim their intention to raise their children as believers in Jesus Christ. During the child dedication, a special prayer is offered on behalf of both the child and the parents invoking God’s blessing and protection. These services are held several times throughout the year.
